These terms cover use of this website and enquiries made to Venureset Cleaning Service, the trading name of VENURESET GLOBAL SERVICES LTD.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting a quote request, booking enquiry or contact message does not create a confirmed booking or a contract. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may change if the scope, access or condition of the space is different.
Confirming a booking
A booking is only confirmed after Venureset has agreed availability, scope, timing and pricing with you directly. This website does not take payments or confirm bookings automatically.
Service area
Venureset works across Greater London. Each enquiry is reviewed for availability.
Your information
Please give accurate details about the space, its size, use and condition, and any access arrangements, so the work can be scoped properly.
Access to the property
You are responsible for arranging safe access at the agreed time and telling us about any site rules or restrictions.
Results of cleaning
Results can depend on materials, wear, staining and the previous condition of the space. Work outside the agreed scope will be discussed with you first.
Deposits and inspections
Cleaning can help leave a property clean, presentable and ready for inspection. Deposit and inspection decisions remain with the landlord, agent, venue or property owner.
Accounts
Accounts are optional. Keep your password private. You can view your own quote requests and booking enquiries in My Account.
Payment, cancellation and other terms
Payment, cancellation and any other commercial terms are agreed with you directly before a booking is confirmed.
